Rental applications are processed here in the office once we have received the full background check, employment verification, rental verification, and proof of income.

We will advertise your property through paid and free marketing sites including but not limited to MLS, Zillow, Relator.com, Apartments.com, our personal website, rently, etc. followed by a “for rent” sign in the properties front yard if desired by the owner.

Our Property Management Office is pet friendly and many of our homes do allow pets. However, since the properties that we manage are owned by different homeowners, the owner would have the final decision with approval.

We collect the payments at the beginning of the month, and we pay out funds in the end of the month.

Yes, we call this, tenant placement where we will collect a full first month’s rent for marketing, screening, prepare the lease and collect the move-in funds. At that point the lease and security deposit will be handed to you, and you will oversee management and responsibilities.
